PIV Payments Policy
- Objective
- To clearly state the basis that payments are made upon and the terms on which refunds will be issued.
- Payments
- Payments will be recorded and invoices generated via the registration system.
- Refunds

PIV will offer refunds against payments already made on the following basis:
- 100% before 1/3/2011
- 75% after the 1/3/2011
- 50% after the 1/5/2011
- No refund within 1 month of the festival start
- Transfers
- Amounts already paid may be transferred to other registrants by arrangement with the PIV Treasurer.
- Credit Cards
- PIV accepts credit cards. Any refund involving a credit card payment will be via reversal back onto the card involved.
- Special consideration
- Special arrangements regards payment and refunds are by application to the PIV committee.
