Songbook Music

In case you're interested in the less formal songbook music (generally short pieces of a cappella music) often sung at IVs, we can point you to several sources of freely downloadable pieces; in forms typeset for printing and in MIDI files for playing on a computer.

Karl Aloritias, has a page with quite a few common songbook pieces.

Philip Legge has published a listing of the common song book pieces as well as the TUMS Busking Book

If that's not enough for you, we can recommend both the Choral Public Domain Library and the Mutopia Project as excellent sources of freely distributable choral music (note that the Mutopia Project includes more than just choral music).
