Registration
Immediately below are links to the registration forms. You can also view the number of people coming and once registered the list of the current registrants.
Registering means that you intend to come to Perth IV. Register by filling out one of the forms below and submitting that form to us online. However, in order to confirm your registration, you need to confirm and pay the appropriate fees as stated on the registration form. You can pay your fees to us either by direct deposit, cheque, or cash (if you live in Perth). Credit card option is presently being arranged. Detailed payment instructions are supplied on the forms.
Registration Form
Registration fees are usually the most significant (and reliable) source of income for any Intervarsity Choral Festival, and Perth IV is unlikely to be any different. If you are intending to attend Perth IV, we'd very much appreciate it if you could register as soon as possible.
If you're not yet persuaded that you should come to Perth IV, please look over the links in the menu to your left - including information about PIV in general , about the music we'll be performing , about the campsite at which we'll spend the first week of the festival, and about us - your talented, intelligent, well-organised (and devastatingly good-looking) PIV committee.
Payment Options
If you've already registered but haven't yet paid your registration fees, here are your payment options:

If you wish to pay directly to Perth IV 2011 via cheque or money order, make your cheque or money order out to 62nd Australian Intervarsity Choral Festival Perth 2011 Inc, write your full name and invoice number on the reverse side and send it to:

For the direct deposit option, supply your full name and invoice number as a comment with the deposit.
Email us at treasurer@piv.aicsa.org.au to let us know when you've made the deposit, again mentioning your name and invoice number. Our direct deposit details are:

Please note, any registrations or payments:
- using credit cards, a credit card fee of $10; and/or
- after 10th December 2010 will incur a late fee of $30

CIV Pre-Registration
The "CIV Pre-Registration" scheme for attending PIV that was announced at Canberra IV is still open.
